*The healing combination of massage and hot/cold hydrotherapy practice offers restorative healing that has been enjoyed by people all over the world for centuries. If time allows, be sure to book a 2-hour session in the bathhouse to use either before or after your massage for the ultimate day of rest and full reset!
Lymphatic drainage session
Rachel Swan of Lymphatic Works Company will be offering manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) at GLOW SLC. Rachel is a certified lymphedema therapist with five years’ experience who brings a lymphatic health component to Glow leaving you fully relaxed and reinvigorated. MLD is a gentle massage completed without any lotions or oils. The treatment is completed in a specific sequence to promote stimulation of the lymphatic system, mobilize stagnant fluid, boost immunity, decrease swelling, and flush toxins.
Between MLD, sauna, steam, chilling and soaking you will leave Glow fully detoxed and revitalized!
Rachel is only offering treatment during limited days/times so be sure to book early and give yourself plenty of time to look forward to your time at Glow.

- Lemongrass Green Tea Salt Scrub: Purify and exfoliate. Combine the invigorating scent of lemongrass with the antioxidant properties of green tea and you are sure to leave with silky smooth skin and feeling as fresh as mountain air.
- Freshwater Seaweed Gel: Nourish and hydrate. Enrich your skin with inspiration from Utah’s fresh river waters. This soothing gel deeply moisturizes and restores your skin’s vitality leaving you hydrated and rejuvenated.
What to expect during your glow session
Get ready for complete relaxation.
At the start of your appointment, your therapist will find you and take you to our specialty treatment room where you will remain in your swimsuit. You can expect to be fully showered off – as well as rinsed with warm-water buckets – all while lying on a treatment table throughout your invigorating treatment. Imagine full body exfoliation to buff away dullness, massage, deep nourishing hydration, massage…you get the picture.
No need to fret about feeling cold during the treatment. In addition to warm water being poured over you, we have radiant heating lights overhead. Trust us – there is nothing like this in all of Salt Lake City.
We encourage you to sign up for the bathhouse up to 2 hours before your treatment time. That way you can sauna, steam, and soak to ensure your pores are open and ready to receive maximum benefits from your body scrub and hydration treatment.
