A collaborate Sound Journey facilitated by three sound practitioners Lyna Saffell, Julia Brennan, and Camille Monson. The night will begin with gentle grounding yoga poses, connection to breath and soul, and intention setting before you fully recline to the relaxing energy and vibration of crystal bowls and other healing instruments.
