Bathhouse 101
What is a bathhouse?
A bathhouse is a place for people to come rest and reset so that they look, feel, and perform their very best. It’s also a fun place to hang out and connect with others or to oneself. There are really no rules for what a bathhouse can be and at Glow we welcome you as you are.
We think of it as being different from a spa in the sense that it’s socially engaging, and focused on functionality over “luxury.” That being said, our building is beautiful and our treatments have been meticulously designed to leave you looking and feeling your very best. At Glow we skip some of the pretense that comes with spas because our goal is to provide a more affordable and accessible space for people to feel human, connect, restore and GLOW.
What to expect during your visit at Glow?
Come a few minutes earlier than the time you booked. This way we can get you checked-in and on your way to the sauna and pools quickly to fully soak in your two-hour visit
Just bring your bathing suit and water bottle (no glass allowed). Towels, slippers and some personal care products are supplied in our locker rooms and cleansing showers. Locks are not needed. There are integrated locks on the lockers that allow you to set your own combination. Please be sure to secure your belongings.
We have changing rooms, cleansing showers, a traditional cedar sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, soaking pool and lounge area both indoors and out.
At Glow there is no wrong way. The key is to alternate between extreme temperatures, hot and cold. Rotate between our sauna, steam, cold plunge, soaking pool and lounge space. Our one strong request is that you take a cleansing shower before entering the bathhouse area.
Please do your best to arrive on time. If you are running behind, you are welcome to come and use the remaining time you have left for your treatment. We do not issue refunds for partial or missed treatments or bathhouse experiences. No-shows are charged in full.

Experience the benefits of sauna & hydrotherapy
We are believers in the health benefits of sauna and cold plunging. That’s why we’ve created a welcoming space where you can experience both!
Sauna benefits
Saunas offer numerous benefits, including relaxation, stress relief, improved circulation, detoxification, pain relief, enhanced skin health, better respiratory function, quicker recovery after exercise, and mood enhancement. They promote an overall aura of well-being by relaxing muscles, flushing out toxins, improving blood flow, and boosting mood.
Cold plunge benefits
Alongside saunas, cold plunges offer a refreshing contrast and a range of benefits. The sudden exposure to cold water after heat exposure helps constrict blood vessels, reducing inflammation and promoting faster recovery. This contrast therapy can also enhance circulation, improve cardiovascular health, and boost the immune system. Additionally, the shock of cold water triggers the release of endorphins, providing a natural mood boost.
A fresh take on finding calm
Glow is something fresh — a take on finding calm through connection. Committed to curating experiences with sauna, specialty pools, yoga, and massage, Glow is a space for restoration and reinvigoration.
